ABOUT US

Marine Drishti and Coastal Foundation is a non-profit organisation and member of the International Life Saving Federation. Marine Drishti and Coastal Foundation along with Drishti Lifesaving Pvt Ltd and Special Rescue Training Academy as execution partners has launched the “Learn to Float” project, which is inspired by Australia's “Float to Survive” and till date eight batches of over 260+ students have completed training.

With past experience and internal study on the matter of drowning it was noted that drowning occurs mainly due to fear of individuals of not floating. If a proper floating technique is taught to individuals there is a high chance of a split-second advantage for rescuers to rescue the individual. We believe that no individual should die due to drowning, therefore we reach out to other nations for the exchange of knowledge, techniques and experiences.

Marine Drishti & Coastal Foundation is dedicated to promoting safety, conservation, and recreation in coastal areas and water bodies.

Our mission encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at educating individuals of all ages on water safety, promoting marine life conservation, and fostering community engagement in beach and ocean conservation efforts.
